I was tempted to ask one of you for 50 gold to buy a +1 longsword, but I bet we'll have other opportunities to get/purchase weaponry and armor. I think having rope and lockpicks will give us some advantages not based on luck (like most of the fighting presumably is). Maybe they just give us +1 on a die roll, but everything helps.
