I just played a 3 min day/3 min night cycle and it was really fun. I'm not sure how much the IAP figures into it. The best I can tell is that it's $1.99 to have the ability to create unlimited free games. I may take the plunge and buy it if I get another few games in and I like it. Also, the dev is on the game and his name is Toast. He's looking for feedback. The game is cross-device play, according to him.
