I got measured on Tuesday and I lost 2.5 inches... ya me! But compared to the monstrous number I pulled during the 3 week Fitness Study (8.75 inches), 2 inches doesn't seem much, but a loss is a loss is a loss.
I lost the following last month:
Waist -0.25 inches
Hips (butt) -0.25 inches
Thighs -2 inches (combined)
Curves records show me as losing 13 inches and 2 lbs. That's a lot of inches for not a lot of weight, but I'm still determined.
I have incorporated jogging into my workouts so we'll see how that goes.
