Interesting theory. So do they then have different mechanics once they find certain items? Otherwise everyone is just a bunch of muggles. My guess is that there are wizards/witches that have something unique about them, making them different than muggles. Maybe wizards/witches are the only ones that can use the wand to cast a spell or something similar to that??
