Yeah, ALTA is definitely not stuffy. My bother used to wear old cargo shorts and a football jersey to play. And Joe still wears T-shirts he cut the sleeves out of. We used to joke with my bother he was going to win the worst dressed player in ALTA award.
John's right, how serious ALTA is depends on the team. Some take it very seriously and they want to win City Championships, others just want to get together, hang out and drink beer.
