Ended up hitting balls Tuesday (6/29), and the leg held up ok. Not sure about sprinting around everywhere, but feel pretty good about playing. The match is actually tonight rather than Friday, and they moved me down to the 4 line because they were unsure of my ability to play. My partner has played twice this season and he's managed to win 4 games and lose 24. That's a .142 win percentage - not liking my chances.
