I was just looking it up, and Belichick will have to coach another 3-ish seasons to pass Shula for all time wins (36 behind for all-time wins and 48 behind for regular season only).

As someone who caught basically only the second half of Shula's career but has been aware of the entirety of Belichick's, that seems crazy.

The guy has been putting up 13 win seasons since 2001, and he's still a few seasons away. It feels like he should be 50 wins ahead of everyone else by now.
