2012-13 SEASON RECAP

The 2012 season was historic as the Aggies of North Carolina A&T finished with only the 2nd undefeated season in the history of college basketball.

It's been a stunning turnaround for the program that won only 8 games as recently as 2006. Head Coach James Keesee (and athletic director) took a voluntary demotion in 2007 and let young wonderkid Levell Garrett take over the program for two years. When Keessee returned in 2009 to helm the program - his alma mater - that he'd run since in 1989, it was a totlaly different program. Four straight NCAA appearances, a groundbreaking national championship in 2010 led the Aggies program to move from the historically black MEAC conference to the American Athletic Conference.

Now they've won two national titles in three years, it's an unprecedented run.

NCAA TOURNAMENT REPORT
