My keys on building this first group were basically ->
QB: Scrambling, Accuracy, Sense Rush, Passing bars as a bonus
RB: Hole Recognition
TE/WR: Route Running
OL: One big blocking bar without an apparent zero in the other
D7: Big bar hunt with an eye toward two lines, one normal and one pass-focused, and we'll likely look to split them up completely
DB: Current value, as much red barz as we can throw in the mix with no philosophy or scheme filtering
