Right down the middle. We lose 27-25. Our season is over. What a frustrating way to lose the game especially considering how many first and goals went without TDs.

Leland finished the game with decent stats, 156 yards on 32 carries, but Leland's greatest strength is his ability to find the end zone in short yardage situations. Today he could not do that. Eight times he carried the ball inside the 5 yard line and he could not get the ball in the end zone once. When you lose a game by 2 you can't help but think that had be been able to punch it in once we would have come away with the victory. But alas it was not to be.
