I'm setting a goal to lose 26 lbs by the end of december. I will be walking 2.3 miles tonight at 3.1mph with 3.5 incline and increase this by .1 miles every 2 days.

Now I have read that the caffeine from tea is minimal and its just enough to take the edge off, and if you don't use creamer or sugar in it, it should be a healthy substitute. When I first did my major weight loss I still had the 1 20oz a day and it didn't effect me, but I don't want to be the slave to Soda anymore...

Do you guys think Tea is a healthy alternative?
