I got to 236 two weeks ago, but I was back to 239.5 this morning. I fell of the wagon for awhile there. Started eating poorly again and had migraines for a few weeks that kept me from lifting.
I plan to start doing the Couch-to-5K program tonight. I found a park relatively near me and I got a watch to keep track of time. It's been raining off and on, though, so hopefully it clears up later tonight.
EDIT: It's pretty much pouring down now so I guess I start tomorrow or Wednesday.
