I suck at math. I realized while running tonight (first time since the first time) that it's 8 repetitions of 60 second jogging and 90 seconds of walking. I have no idea how I got what I did before.
Anyway, I ran tonight and was able to keep with the pace. This time I made sure to just go at a nice jogging pace instead of running too fast and burning out quickly. So Day 1 of Couch-To-5K is complete!
I also happened to run passed a hawk that had made a fresh kill. That was a bit tense moment, actually. I was afraid for a second as I jogged passed it that it would defend its kill and come after me. I couldn't see what it killed, but it was probably a rabbit. There are a lot of them in that area.
