Getting into the new gym was a big step for me, I started lifting, doing the elliptical and biking last week.
Eating really isn't that bad, it's the sugar snacking sitting at my desk and typing that kills me.
But, just from changing the diet, and getting into the gym, I am down 5 pounds...220 to 215..only 30 more to go...
