2001 Offseason - Building A Dynasty
Through the winter and into the early spring, Bill and I played the part of the caring GMs. We signed some free agents, released others, and drafted a bunch of nobodies with no future on our team. You should have seen how excited those morons were on Draft day, wearing their ugly Giants jerseys and cheering like giddy little schoolgirls. You'd think that we had just drafted the messiah; at least if you didn't know any better. Those pathetic fools!
Finally, the time for the vote on the new stadium drew near. What if these mindless dolts actually agreed to pay for our new stadium? We'd be stuck in the Big Apple for another 15 years! Surely THAT couldn't happen, could it?
Could it?
