Week 2 - Day 2 run of
C25K running plan. Today's workout consisted of:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Five-minute cooldown walk.
Before the workout I told myself I had to at least finish at the 2 mile mark. Sadly I did not accomplish this goal, as a matter-of-fact, I went down... again grrr
Not much, but still went down. Running 90 seconds and walking 2 minutes is harder than I thought. I need to learn to pace myself, I started fast and ended slow again.
So here's what I did today:
We'll see how it goes Wednesday. I keep eating junk though, I did it this weekend again. I'm disciplined enough to do this, but not disciplined enough to say no to junk.
