CHEVALIER STEPS DOWN
Gloucester City manager Gerard Chevalier has resigned from his position at the club after five years on the job.

The Gloucester City board were quick to pay tribute to their long-serving manager, declaring that while they were sad to see Chevalier leave, his announcement had given everyone an opportunity to celebrate one of the club's most faithful servants. Chevalier's departure from Whaddon Road comes as he embarks on a new adventure with a new club, leaving The Tigers with an important decision to make.

Speculation as to Chevalier's replacement at Gloucester City is certainly keeping everyone guessing, with Roman Pavlyuchenko and Joseph Yobo being linked to the vacancy. The favorite, however, remains Titus Bramble, who the oddsmakers believe could well make the move to Whaddon Road in the near future.

Mass Exodus Following Chevalier Departure
Gerard Chevalier's departure from Gloucester City has sparked a mass exodus within the club's backroom team. No fewer than four staff members decided to walk following Chevalier's recent departure.

The staff members intending to leave are: Aaron Wilbraham (assistant manager), Lee Randall (youth coach), Darryl Flahavan (goalkeeping coach) and Frank Dennis (general coach).
