Start of Season 2016/2017:

Goalkeepers

Jace Hunter, Feyernoord, 1.1m valuation:
In all likelihood, Jace will likely continue to be the number 2 keeper this year. What's interesting though is that his contract is up at the end of the season so there are questions as to what he will do next. Jace was the number 2 keeper in the England U-21 team that won the European U-21 championships.

Games: 0

Al Mighty, Valenciennes, 975k valuation:
The transfer situation may get really ugly as Valenciennes increased the price tag on Al to 23 million pounds. Will Al need to sit out his contract, which only expires in 2018?

Games: 0

Defenders

Robbie Collins, QPR, 275k valuation:
Robbie's contract is up at the end of the season. Will QPR want to sign their hot prospect to a new contract when he hasn't really had any chances with them?

Games: 0

Flere Imsaho, Feyernoord, 6.25m valuation:
Flere was the Feyernoord supporter's player of the year for 2015/2016 and is incredibly popular. Clearly one of the first names down on the team sheet.

Games: 0

Rohan Edwards, Galatasaray, 2.8m valuation:
Rohan is considered a key player for Heerenveen so hopefully that means more playing time for him. His terrible contract only expires in 2018, one that pays him just 525 pounds a week.

Games: 0

David Ginsberg, Rennais, 4.3m valuation:
David is a rotation player at Rennais this season. There are still regular doubts in the media as to whether he is good enough to play for the US national team.

Games: 0

Midfielders

Jawouk Bafou, Man Utd, 675k valuation:
Jawouk has been sent out to Fleetwoord again for another season. Is this a sign that Man Utd have written him off or is it just to get him more play time? His contract also expires at the end of this season.

Games (for Fleetwood): 0

Jake Chippin, Newcastle, 2.9m valuation:
This may be Jake's season to really start his Newcastle career. At the start of the season, he looks to be one of the midfielders sitting on the bench so hopefully he will get some games. Part of the England U-21 team that won the European U-21 championships.

Games: 0

Deacon Palmieri, Lorient, 2.1m valuation:
Deacon is sent out on loan again this year, to Nice in Ligue 2, where Brian Bennett is as well. Deacon is regarded as a key player so that should mean plenty of meaningful games.

Games: 0

Shane Christopher, Dinamo, 2.9m valuation:
Considered a backup to the first team, Shane suffered a back injury at the start of the season and will miss some of the early weeks. His contract expires at the end of this season.

Games: 0

Benton Gale, Man Utd, 3.9m valuation:
Benton is being mentored by Michael Carrick (now 35 years old) so hopefully that means he is being groomed for the future still. Lack of games meant that he wasn't part of the England U-21 side. Contract expires at the end of this season.

Games: 0

Michael Samuelle, Leverkusen, 1m valuation:
Michael has been sent back down to the Leverkusen reserve side and he is yet another player whose contract expires at the end of this season and with a potentially major decision to make.

Games: 0

Eddie Chilton, Fulham, 2.6m valuation:
Eddie has been given the number 10 shirt and been told he is part of the first team rotation this season.

Games: 0

Dex Morgan, Feyernoord, 2.1m valuation:
In a surprising move, Feyernoord was prepared to loan out Dex to rivals PSV, where he will start the season sitting on the substitute's bench.

Games: 0

Patrick Hutt, Man City, 1.6m valuation:
Patrick spends another year with the U-21 squad and this is a make-or-break year for him as his contract ends at the end of the season. Gut feel is that he may not be renewed due to his injury issues.

Games: 0

Kuji Chagulia, Paris St Germain, 4.3m valuation:
Kuji will start the season with the PSG reserves again but is still viewed as a hot prospect for the team.

Games: 0

Strikers

Rob Nielsen, Anderlecht, 7.75m valuation:
Rob is obviously a key player for Anderlecht but there are rumours that Sampdoria is very interested in signing him.

Games: 0

Brian Bennett, Nice, 525k valuation:
Brian is viewed as a key player for Nice. Question then is why a new contract hasn't been signed yet.

Games: 0

Roger Berisha, Evian, 1.8m valuation:
Is this Roger's year for Evian? He has been told he's part of the first team and is looking forward to the season.
