Pretty easy to drop the hammer on her when you don't have all of the information. You can't hear a word of what the attendant is saying. Plus that towing company is absolute satanic ass garbage. I wouldn't be surprised if all of their employees had tails and green blood.
Plus, you can't fire her for treating someone like that when you paid Bobby Knight and Chris Berman for years and years. Seems a little sexist.
