I have enough experience by now to know that I am awful at managing subs myself outside of a 10 man rotation. If I go less than 10 I have to put AI Substitutions on, and then I just end up annoyed at how the AI is managing my lineup. So I'd prefer to have a slightly weaker overall rotation that I can manage myself until I recruit my own players.
