However, the pool of players to choose from have a low probability that they would have one of the 4 items - 3 in Vaimes case because he already had an artifact. So, it's not the probability of Vaimes choosing Chief. It's the probability of Chief actually having an item AND being chosen by Vaimes. Then factor in the probability of Chief having an item, being chosen by Vaimes, AND being chosen for NK.
