-Dory Funk Jr. is exhausted after the last show. I've used him in pretty long matches on 3 straight shows now. I need to give these old guys a break.

-International Championship Wrestling in Memphis is one of the rare lower-level promotions that has seemed to gain ground during this wrestling recession. They were on the brink of going under at one point, and since then they jumped a level of popularity to Cult. Rip Rodgers in their new heavyweight Champion, he won the vacant title over 3-time former champion Randy Savage. Savage doesn't wrestle exclusively for his father's promotion any more, but he is still a main eventer there.

-Dr. Death David Schultz has signed back with the AWA. He has to be one of the busiest guys in this dynasty - 309 total matches!
