We have elected to skip the final short course meet of the season for a number of reasons...

1. It is only a 10 and Under meet, meaning Brett won't be allowed to swim it.

2. In the meet, Girls swim in the morning and Boys in the afternoon so it would be an all day event for us.

3. With Bailey and Bear only 9, while they would perform well at this meet, they certainly won't be in a position to earn medals (next year will be a different story at this meet)

4. With State already completed and so many long course meets to choose from this year, they will ultimately swim more meets (long and short course)even with missing this one than they have in the past.

5. We need to save some money...meets get expensive with every event costing money x 3 kids...(and we feel the money will be more wisely spent on long course meets at this point in the schedule)...
