Summary:
The England U-21 international (5 caps) has shown that he is capable of playing in the Premier League as he performed capably for Fulham ... though they did get relegated at the end of the year. He is a good passer of the ball, strong in the tackle and is able to run all day, pretty much the quintessential English midfielder. His biggest drawback is probably the fact he can't really mark opponents effectively for a defensive midfielder and is perhaps not aggressive or brave enough.
