The good thing about dining reservations is that they will usually honor the reservation if you are early or late. I have been as early as 35 minutes early and as late as an hour and they were able to honor the reservations. This doesn't apply for some of the character dinners but otherwise I haven't had any issues whatsoever. This flexibility helps a ton if e are late due to a long wait in line prior to the dinner or if we are running early. It's sometimes amazing what the cast members will do to make sure you have an enjoyable time.
