My unofficial goal for this year will be to try to qualify for European play - I think we're ready for that step. A top 7 finish shouldn't be out of the question for us this year.
That said, I'm not sure if I'll be bold enough to suggest that to the board in my budget meeting - I think I've got plenty of rope right now based on my past success (I'm rated as "untouchable" right now) but I may have a new chairman soon that may be a bit more ambitious...more on that later.
