UCLA signed 3 this season. A 3 star recruit and 2 1 star recruits. 1 star recruits at UCLA? Are you serious? I can't tell you why, but that's what the chart shows.
As far as Tim's ratings, he is currently:
Recruiting- 90 (which makes this recruiting class even more baffling)
Scouting- 50
Offense- 90
Defense- 10
Just for grins and giggles, I decided to check out the stats of the recruiting coordinator and lead scout. The recruiting coordinator has a recruit rating of 87. The lead scout has a scout rating of 100, so I honestly have no possible theory on this years bad recruiting class.
