Could be, but it did get off to a great start - $350 million domestic and $1.2 billion worldwide in the first weekend, both well higher than the last predictions last week.
So it would would need to do 2.3X more worldwide to catch Avatar, and that's a pretty low multiplier for a Marvel movie - though this one may be a little more front-loaded because people people wanted to rush to the theater to see it right away. (Infinity War was 2.18X, whereas Black Panther had a different kind of run at 3.45X, the marvel average seems to be between those.)
