FOFC TEAM UPDATE
As I sit in my office looking over the two most recent box scores, I hear Sal Maglie, needling Hazzle from the other office next door.
"Hey Bob, what's happened. Bats seem pretty fridgid again."
Hazzle grunts a reply.
"Let's see," Maglie adds, obviously looking at the box score himself, "Ton is down below the Mendoza line, I thought he was supposed to be one of the outfield bats we could count on. Nights is at .226, Gunner is sub-Mendoza, Pflaggstettler is sitting on the line, Palmer is back in the Nights area, a poor old Gazelle can't buy a hit - he's at a whopping .059"
Hazzle walks off mumbling, but I can hear much of what he's saying as he passes my door, "%?!*^ pitchers, I'm gonna kill that %#@$!}. Where's the nearest %$@)! bar."
