Main Card

Lightweight Division
"The Young Assassin" Melvin Guillard (26-8-2) vs "The Fireball Kid" Takanori Gomi (32-6)

Round 1: We find out before the fight Guillard was battling an illness during his camp and isn't 100% for this fight. He looks sluggish and that is dangerous vs Gomi. He averts disaster for most of the round but at the end of the round Gomi lands a barrage of punches, then as Guillard retreats Gomi starts to chase him and ends up landing several big body blows to end the round.

Round 2: Gomi attacks Guillard's legs in the second. He is trying to destroy Guillard's will and he is succeeding. Guillard is showing heart as he keeps on battling but his defenses are down and he walks into a straight right that drops him. Gomi hurries to lock on an armbar and it is deep leaving Guillard with no choice but to tap!

Takanori Gomi d. Melvin Guillard at 3:15 of the 2nd round (Submission - Armbar). The fight was rated as being average.

Welterweight Division
"The Natural Born Killer" Carlos Condit (26-5) vs Matt "The Terror" Serra (12-7)

Round 1: Serra wastes no time as he runs right at Condit and catches him flush in the chin! Condit drops to the ground and much like Gomi in the prior fight Serra is quick to lock in an armbar! Condit can't defend it and he has to tap!

Matt Serra d. Carlos Condit at 0:47 of the 1st round (Submission - Armbar). The fight was rated as being good.

Light Heavyweight Division
Ryan "Darth" Bader (12-0) vs Alexander "The Mauler" Gustafsson (10-1)

Round 1: Gustafsson shows reckless abandon at the start of the fight as he tries to use his striking to slow Bader, except Bader is avoiding all of his strikes. Finally Bader times a takedown and Gustafsson is done for. Bader passes guard with ease and is in full mount. From there it's GNP city and the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Ryan Bader d. Alexander Gustaffson at 4:03 of the 1st round (TKO - Strikes). The fight was rated as being great.

Co-Main Event/Middleweight Division
Chael Sonnen (25-11-1) vs Michael "The Count" Bisping (20-3)

Round 1: A slow first round where each guy spends several moments with the other against the cage. Bisping is the more active of the two guys though as he has some decent strikes so the rounds end in favor of Bisping.

Round 2: Bisping and Sonnen go back and forth. Sonnen is not shooting at all. Bisping eventually goes for a trip. Sonnen attempts to lock on a choke but in the process allows the takedown to occur. Bisping passes guard and is in mount where he locks on an armbar and for the third time tonight we have a decision via armbar!

Michael Bisping d. Chael Sonnen at 4:32 of the 2nd round (Submission - Armbar). The fight was rated as being average.

Main Event/Heavyweight Division
Brock Lesnar (5-2) vs Antonio "Minotauro" Rodrigo Nogueira (32-6-1)

Round 1: Brock escaped danger in the middle of the round when Nog had the Muay Thai clinch on Brock but Brock was able to power out and reverse it. He missed a massive knee which would have ended the fight and then Brock decided to give up the clinch. Brock took Nog over to the wall but the round ended before he could get the takedown.

Round 2: A very boring round two. Brock bullied Nog some more and went for the clinch but couldn't succeed. Brock has been handling Nog but Nog is still around. Still it is 2-0 Brock.

Round 3: A gassed Nog attempts to takedown Nog but it is a mistake. He has nothing left and ends up facedown after Brock's sprawl. Brock unloads on a prone Nog causing Nog to turtle and the ref steps in to end it.

Brock Lesnar d. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at 1:41 of the 3rd round (TKO - Strikes). The fight was rated as being decent.
