Main Card

Light Heavyweight Division
Igor Pokarjac (24-8) vs Ricardo Romero (12-1)

Round 1: It's a close first round that could have gone either way. Nothing worthy of mentioning but everything was solid.

Round 2: Romero wins the 2nd round but it just a boring fight as neither man is going out there looking to finish the fight.

Round 3: At the end of the 3rd round Romero gets a takedown and ends up in mount. He begins pummeling Pokrajac and the ref has to stop it!

Ricardo Romero d. Igor Pokrajac at 4:59 of the 3rd round (TKO - Strikes) [Poor]

Heavyweight Division
Calvin "The Can Opener" Oswald (11-3) vs Roy "Big Country" Nelson (16-6)

Round 1: Nelson shows his superior ground game as he gets Oswald down. He locks in an armbar but Oswald is able to get his arm free. Still Nelson manages to get Oswald's back and he locks on a Rear Naked Choke. Oswald fights it but he passes out in the hold!

Roy Nelson d. Calvin Oswald at 4:40 of the 1st round (Submission - Rear Naked Choke) [Average]

Welterweight Division
"The Natural Born Killer" Carlos Condit (27-6) vs Mike "Quick" Swick (15-4)

Round 1: Yawner of a first round. Terrible start to this PPV at this point. Hard to say who won since neither did much.

Round 2: Swick gets a takedown and almost gets a submission win but Condit avoids the armbar. Swick gets his back as the round is ending.

Round 3: Swick gets another takedown and gets mount. He lands a big elbow and pounds Condit out!

Mike Swick d. Carlos Condit at 3:01 of the 3rd round (TKO - Strikes) [Poor]

Co-Main Event/UFC Bantamweight Title Fight
Brian Bowles [c] (10-1) vs Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson (8-1)

Round 1: It's a decent first round. Bowles is pushing the pace but Johnson isn't backing down. Johnson tries to get a killshot as the round is ending but pays dearly as he is clearly rocked by a counter right. Thankfully he is saved by the bell.

Round 2: Bowles comes out swinging and levels Johnson with a big right. He mounts and finishes the fight with brutal GNP.

Brian Bowles d. Demetrious Johnson at 3:14 of the 2nd round (TKO - Strikes) to retain the UFC Bantamweight Title (Average)

Main Event/Heavyweight Division
Frank Mir (16-5) vs Fabricion Werdum (15-4-1)

Round 1: It's a yawner. Mir has two takedowns and both guys trade submission attempts but nothing comes of it.

Round 2: Werdum ties the fight up with a takedown and an armbar but Mir is able to break free. Still Werdum is taking control.

Round 3: The last round is a war as both men trade shots. Mir gets Werdum against the cage but Mir is gassing. Werdum keeps his composure and then he locks on a standing guillotine. Mir is trying to fight it but he cannot do it any longer and he taps!

Fabricio Werdum d. Frank Mir at 3:19 of the 3rd round (Submission - Standing Guillotine) [Great]
