Keep up the good work all. I'm a couple of weeks away from holding off my weight (100+ lbs) for a year, and while some injuries have prevented me from working out in beastmode like I used to, I've been countering by biking (stationary for now, but getting outside soon). I do about 21.5 miles an hour, and work up a rather ridiculous sweat.
It's also nice having a SO who likes being active, and eating healthy. We shall go running a little bit later, which definitely helps motivate. Once I can start lifting again (back problems), I'll be really happy.
