Starting weight on 4/24: 285
Monday, 4/29: 283.4
I completed my Gympact with 4 workouts last week.
My daughter will be doing a hand cart trek this summer and has asked if I would start walking / running with her. I still will be doing my early morning gym workouts, but I'm looking for to an evening run now with my daughter.
