Also, I'm fine with being commish of the west coast league if I'm in it, but I'm more worried about matching up playing times. Are most people in the west coast league going to be able to play by about 9:00 PM central for our weeknight games? I can play much later for weekend games.

I like this idea. It just seem like the majority of people were posting teams they wanted. Do you go with 2 teams for each BCS conference, 3 teams for 4 BCS conferences, 4 teams for 3 BCS conferences, or just an all out random draft (a conference could get 4 teams, another could get 2, one could just have 1)?
