From the rules:
Phoenix – Each city will have a Phoenix, who will return to their original city if they are killed while in Hades. When they are killed in Athens or Sparta, they will be revealed as a Phoenix, but their allegiance will not be revealed.
You are right. Awesome! I thought it was like everything else but it does not appear to be so! Excellent! That makes my RR pretty good.
