April's Best Batter Announced

Francisco Peralta stepped up to the plate in April, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Continental League Batter of the Month award.
The young
Apex left fielder posted a .408 batting average with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 22 runs.
Peralta also worked pitchers for 18 walks to post a .504 on-base percentage.
Rodríguez Takes RL's Best Bat Award

Ricardo Rodríguez certainly turned heads in April with some impressive numbers. He batted .424 for the month and was voted the Republic League Batter of the Month award.
He banged 8 home runs, collected 19 RBIs, scored 16 times and put up a .457 on-base percentage.
