The two qualifiers from each of the four groups(First Phase) form two new groups of four, with the top three in each getting promoted to Premier Division. Pretty good odds there, and the prize money of at least 620M doesn't hurt either

Shockingly, Persemalra crashed out in Group A, managing only a draw, while Persinab dominated Group B with 2 wins and a draw, surrendering only a single goal. They'll be going up, Persemalra will be devastated to remain in First Division despite having the most dominant First Phase record with 48 points.
