Iran advances with 6 pts, Russia goes through on GD (+2 vs +0) over Ghana. Colombia finishes 4th with 3 points

Chile 2 - Italy 1 ... Balotelli at 15' was overcome by goals at 24' & 26'
France 2 - Japan 0 .. Benzema scored at 65' and 81'

Chile wins the group with 7 pts, Italy goes through with 6 pts

Hwang Jin-San has reached the limit with his 5th yellow card, he's suspended for one match

Our Reserves played a friendly at Incheon Railroad Reserves, winning 4-2. Trialist Ivan Markovic had two goals. The rest of the scoring came courtesy of own goals, two by each side. Markovic suffered a minor whiplash type injury after a scary looking fall, he's out about a week, which would be the remainder of his trial.

Spain goes through unbeaten, the Swiss advance with 6 points (vs Peru was loser go home tilt)

Argentina 4 - Portugal 2
Cameroon 2 - Mexico 0

Cameroon wins the group with 5 points, Argentina goes through over Portugal on GD (+1 to -1)

At the World Cup

Group G
Germany 0 - Belgium 0
Ivory Coast 4 - USA 2 ... Droga at 13' and 15', Toure at 17' put the USA in a deep hole, Donovan 53' and Beasley 87' tried to dig them out but Kalou at 90'+3 finished it

Ivory Coast 5 points wins the group on GD (+2 vs +1) over Belgium. US finishes with 3 points, disappointing Germany with just 2 points

Group H
Greece 2 - Holland 2 ... Dutch played a man down from 59'
South Korea 2 - South Africa 0

Greece wins the group with 7 points and South Korea goes through with 6 points. Holland is 3rd with 4, South Africa joins Trin & Tob and Australia with zero points.
