Whoever shoots the ball (or turns it over) is who I control throughout the next defensive possession. It makes me play more realistic defense and really be careful about when I gamble for the steal.

Hmmm... That is a great idea. I've found that I either control the PG or PF, but the problem with doing that is that either my PG picks up no fouls, or my PF gets most the rebounds because I'm more aggressive with boxing out than the AI. But this is a great suggestion - I'll be giving this a shot tonight.
