By far the most perplexing thing to me (though I'm certain there were other nuances I may have missed completely) was the argument, put in writing by font...even if others thought it, that the level of indignation at being a target was an indication of my good/evil status. I'm an analytical person by nature. I manage teams that are a broad mix of personalities and I constantly deal in negotiations. Vociferous indignation has never been an indicator of right/wrong or truth/lie, just a distinct personality type. I guess it's a meta-game element that is so establish one has to start from that baseline.
