Good point. So I guess the pitch was... let's spoof Location Location Location with a Wheel of Fortune nod narrated by the Jeopardy host. And they had to shoehorn 3 points in there, or it would have all fallen apart.
Reminds of of TV shows you can tell were built around a title someone thought was really clever and couldn't let it go.
