I did this a few years back. The paper showed up maybe 80% of the time. One time the Sunday paper didn't make it until Thursday. They had an online system to report missing papers but I'm not sure what effect it had. I tried to cancel eventually, but they wouldn't let me do it over the phone. I had to physically go in.
