Summer League Schedule
So the opponents for the Summer League have been announced...
CRC Time Trials - 5/17
Week 1 - 5/30 - Grand Cascades - Away (oh joy, we open with the juggernaut)
Week 2 - 6/6 - Lake Forrest - Home (5th in county)
Week 3 - 6/13 - Polo Fields - Home (2nd in county)
Week 4 - 6/20 - Aberdeen - Home (3rd in county)
Week 5 - 6/27 - Fieldstone - Away (6th in county)
County Meet - 6/29
ASA Championship - 6/30
GRPA State Championships - 7/26-28
Still not sure if we are going to swim Summer League and here is why...
It will cost us:
$130/kid to register for the team
$20/kid for league registration
$40/boy for team suits
$60 for Bailey's suit
390 + 60 + 80 + 60 = $590...
and we are having to juggle our schedule just to make the meets. This is a tough decision, because Summer is when the year round kids get to shine. They are the stars of the team and it is really good for the self esteem. Plus Summer league is fun...
