That leaves another choice; we can have large numbers of weaker standard armies, small numbers of armies equipped with these attachments that are stronger, but more expensive, or forge some sort of middle ground.

No worries. Let's just stay put for the time being. I don't want to use minerals when we might actually need them for something.
