It's not just that quote but your whole approach to getting a response for GE. You seemed to overreact to a need to get a response from him. Way too aggressive, way too over the top. That's what I mean by gung ho.
Perhaps you were instead just responding to Grover or whomever asking you about it, but that's how it reads.
If you passionately believe GE is a saint, I don't think you're looking so ardently for an answer from him.
