Thanks for the words of support. My squads in FM always tend to skew young as I don't like paying big transfer fees for established star unless they are really worth it to me. Plus, it helps me feel more connected with the players as I groom them. This squad actually is a little older than most of my teams, but I have a lot of good-looking attacking players in the U20's coming through.
