Here's an interesting view to share - scout ratings just for players who are new to the roster this year.

A few thoughts:

RB Woods is the sort of guy I like in other leagues, not sure he's worth anything here. Good bar pattern to just "carry the ball" but in this zero injury league, do I displace a bunch of load from the two guys I'm paying real money to do that? Doubtful. Bubble guy here, RB3 in IHOF. Dang.

RB Crawford looks like he will bump in preseason, but to what? Bubble.

FB Schroeder had a legit shot to make the team and start at FB. That, or else we just go without a FB.

Hopeful about TE Money but my scout likes him a lot less than the league scout - bad sign, I think. TE Polley has huge personality, I wish he had special teams skill, he'd be a lifetime lockdown for us.

Baglien and Ledoux are "why not" receivers. Are they going to be helpful in three years? Dunno. Rookie Kesselman has two big bars (BPR and Courage) and I have no clue what to do with such a guy. Breck is big 3rd Down Rec...same.

Bridges looks like a pretty intriguing undrafted free agent... but since he's actually our 3rd round pick, I'm less excited. Kinda unfair. He'll make the team and maybe develop into...I dunno...a WR4 who returns punts well?

T Clements and Fattel both click with our new leader Shepherd (meh), both make the team this year I'm sure, Fattel likely starts at LG.

DE Gaines...same as WR Bridges, looks sorta okay for an undrafted afterthought. Except he was our 2nd rounder.

LB Givens is two bars, but two good ones - RunD 72 and PRTech 76/96. I think I can use a guy like him, even as a low-personality chem fit. LB Mathews is bubble guy, but needs starts to click in - "wrong" bars to really play. Schenk is a run stopper, low personality fit. Woods is another guy like Givens, RunD and PRTech, useful on the field, has his starts already. Thomas is the converted safety, looks like another decent all-around asset at LB. Thill is likely to bump up in preseason and grab a roster slot.

CB Mass will cover the top dog.

What do I do with CB Sasaki? 63 bump is nice, but his standout is 92 endurance. What manner of football player is that? Even if he bumps up, what good could he be?

S Hay is a cut, Blackburn will get to preseason, but... dunno.
