My guild got 10-man LK down a couple of weeks ago and is (I think) working on Dreamweaver in 25-man.
The raiding I do with my guild is much more casual. We have a "2nd team" for both people new to raiding (some of whom make the jump to progression) and those who can't/won't make the commitment to progression raiding (I'm in that group). So we do 25-man ToC, 10-man LK, VOA, the weekly & Onyxia once a week, and it's pretty fun. People learn stuff. A good number of up-and-comers get actual loot, and vent & raid chat is tons of fun.
