Yeah, we had read different stories on the hassle and one recommendation was just to drop off the equipment and handle the cancellation at the store (and bypass the phone call).
However, I did want to find out how much internet only was so I made the call.
I will say to comcast's credit, I didn't have to punch alot of #'s to get to the right place and I didn't have a long wait.
We did check with others in the subdivision and they were happy with AT&T Uverse.
