With programs such as food stamps etc. already in place though, food kitchens, etc. the number of people for who would benefit from this and not have a better food option available to them while also not being able to afford to buy their own food is vanishingly small. I stand behind calling the glass half-empty, because that's what it is here. I'd say more like 95% empty
